Returns do not include products that have been opened or used to ensure the safety and quality of the product. To request a return, please contact customer service with the order number and product name. After receiving and inspecting the product, the full amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that the shipping fees for returning the product are borne by the customer, unless the mistake is on our side.
